We celebrated my cousin's Wedding Shower and Bachelorette Party this past weekend and we had an absolute blast. It was actually a couples party so Dave and I had a fun night out together, away from the kids. Staying out until 1:00am in the morning takes on a whole new meaning with two kids - nightly feedings with Sean and up at 6:00am with Alex. The stormy weather today gave us a reason to nap and bum around all day.

Last week, my mom had off so came over to help with the kiddos. It was nice to have an extra helping hand and we enjoyed her company as well. We went to storytime at the library, we went to the zoo, we went on walks, we took Alex to the park and I was able to go grocery shopping and get things done around the house that I wouldn't have been able to do. Thanks, Mom, you were a huge help and Alex & Sean loved all the attention you gave them too!
