He's Moving!

We officially have a crawler on our hands. Sean has been getting so close to crawling that I knew it wouldn't be long. Daddy witnessed 4 forward movements tonight across our family room. Way to go, Seanie!

It makes my day to come home from work and see their smiling faces. It doesn't take much to get Seanie to smile or laugh. Lately, Alex has been his comic relief making silly faces and acting goofy. Alex loves the attention and is egged on by the belly laughs that has Sean gasping for air!

Biggest Racing Sausage fan ever!!

Spring Training is here!

Alex talks baseball 24/7 around here.  This kid cannot wait for the Brewers to start playing baseball again.  He asks to go to Miller Park every single day and is so sad when we tell him it’s closed.  He talks about the racing sausages nonstop.  He even knows what face each of them makes!  He watches youtube videos of the racing sausages every day and now he’s even gotten into watching the President’s race with Teddy, Abe, George and Tom which I didn’t even know existed.  He is one, very obsessed 2 year old!  I have a feeling we will be spending many days at the ballpark this summer!!

Sean is becoming less and less of a baby as the days and weeks go by and that's hard to digest as his Mom sometimes.  I love all the snuggles he gives and the playful smiles and laughs.  He is so much fun and brightens my day to no end.  He is getting so strong and I think he is getting close to crawling soon.  He is doing really well with eating his fruits and veggies, except for the peas and green beans.  He absolutely adores Alex and can watch him play for hours.  Seanie lets out some pretty hearty belly laughs when the two of them are "playing together" on the floor.  It must be that brotherly bond that they'll have forever!

Bday Celebration

We celebrated Papa Bob's birthday this past weekend and Alex & Sean couldn't have been more excited to wish Papa a Happy Birthday and play with their cousins.  It's nonstop energy when the kids get together and I think they are all doing a better job at sharing so less tantrums and tears.  We all had fun as usual.  Happy Birthday to Papa!!  Wishing you another great year and many more to come!

6 Month Stats

Our little Seanie turned 6 months old on Wednesday, February 1st.  His wellness checkup went well.  He weighs 18lb 2oz which is over the 50th percentile for weight and he is 27 inches long which is over the 75th percentile for height.  He sure is growing FAST!

Sean is doing really well developmentally.  He's sitting up all by himself for longer periods of time.  He is rolling all over the place and goes after the toys that he wants to play with.  He's starting to get on his hands and knees and rock back and forth like he's ready to crawl.  I'm sure it won't be long!  He's babbling up a storm and is smiling and laughing like crazy!  You're such a joy to watch, Seanie!!  We love you to pieces:)
