Merry Christmas!

We had an amazing time with our family for Christmas this year!  We went to Grandpa & Grandma Michna’s house for Christmas Eve and the whole gang was there to celebrate.  We ate, laughed, drank and the boys had fun playing Jenga!
Merry Christmas from the Michna's!
Cheers to you Grandma!

Seanie loves his Nerf Gun!
Snuggled up on Uncle Mark :)
Alex and Sean were over the moon excited for Santa to come.  They woke up nice and early to find the tree surrounded by presents.  One of the best moments as a parent is Christmas morning and to see the joy on your kids’ faces!  Those boys are the world to us!!!
Seanie loves his awesome Bat Cave from Santa!
Pokémon cards!  Santa nailed it :)
We went to church to celebrate Jesus’ birthday and then headed over to Grandpa & Grandma Beyer’s house for more food, wine and fun!  The cousins always have so much fun when they are together.  They are incredibly lucky to have each other!  We are so fortunate to be surrounded by family for the holidays!

Christmas Time!

Our Christmas celebrations have started as we kicked off the Beyer side Christmas today at Grandpa  & Grandma’s house today.  We did a Secret Santa exchange among the cousins this year and the kids had a really fun time with it.  It seemed there was a Packer theme with the presents this year and the kids loved it!  There’s always wrapping paper flying everywhere but it’s getting less chaotic as the kids are starting to get older!
What a cute bunch of kids!
Thanks for the stocking, Nana!
My handsome little man :)

Thanks for all the Christmas presents, Papa!

We had a busy week of Christmas fun!  Alex had his Christmas concert at school and sang beautifully!  The boys helped me make some Christmas cookies and made our annual visit to Candy Cane Lane!  We also got to see Santa Claus at the library and Alex and Sean told him all about their wish list.  I thought we would be there all night!  Seanie told me the other day that he has been naughty and nice this year but mostly nice.  I give him credit for being honest!

Santa said both boys are on the "Nice" list this year :)

December

And...I'm back!  It's a busy, busy time of year!  Disney post still to come!

We are gearing up for Christmas and the boys are busy preparing.  St. Nick made it to our house and left a stocking full of goodies for the Alex and Sean.  Buddy the Elf has been keeping a close eye on them this year!  We went to pick out our Christmas tree and the boys helped decorate.  It sure doesn't feel like Christmas is coming with this warm 50 degree weather but I'm not complaining!

Alex started basketball a few weeks ago and has been working hard at learning a new skill.  We all went to the Bucks game last week and cheered them on.  It was Seanie's first time at the game and he seemed to enjoy it!

Dave and I enjoyed a night out at my company Christmas party last night.  Alex and Sean had a fun sleepover at Grandpa and Grandma Michna's house.  They helped make Christmas cookies and played games and stayed up late watching Christmas movies and eating popcorn!  Lucky boys!!!

Happy St. Nick!

Birthdays!!!

We crammed as many birthdays as we could into the weekend and went from one party to the next!  Tyler just turned six so we celebrated Ninja style at his party on Saturday!  Alex enjoyed an afternoon of fun with his friends from school celebrating Keegan's birthday at Sky Zone today.  He had a blast playing dodge ball on the trampolines!  We ended the weekend with three more birthday celebrations at Papa and Nana's house which were our November birthdays in the family - Dave, Mom and Jenny!  We did things a little different this year and prepared a pre-Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings since we will be in Disney this year for Thanksgiving.  I need another weekend to recover from all the busy crazy weekend!!!
Happy Birthday Ninja Tyler!!!

Enjoying some Ninja Oreos!

Happy Halloween!

We started off our Halloween weekend carving pumpkins on Friday.  It's usually fun for the first 15 minutes and then it gets to be too much work for the boys so Mom gets to finish carving.  But the boys designed the faces and they turned out pretty spooky!!!

Let's get carving!

Havin' fun with the seeds!

Lookin' good Sean!

Nice work boys!

Spooky!!!

I was able to volunteer in Alex's classroom on Friday for his Halloween party and it was a blast!  The kids walked in the parade and we played games and had treats.  Alex was so excited for me to be there!  Seanie had a Halloween party at Miss Lisa's house also on Friday.  He was so excited to dress up as Batman and told me about all the treats and fun he had!  He even got to bob for apples and loved it!

Getting wrapped up like a mummy!

Alex and Sean were over the moon excited for trick-or-treat with their cousins.  It's unfortunate the weather was rainy but the kids didn't seem to mind and the Oktoberfest and hot apple cider kept the adults happy and warm!  All four boys cousins dressed up as Ninja Turtles this year!  The girls went as Elsa and Anna from Frozen. What a fun night for the kiddos!!!

After trick-or-treating, the fun continued with a cousin sleepover!  A spooky Halloween movie to end the night with popcorn and giggles before bed.  What a great weekend with so many fun memories!!

Happy Halloween!!!
