Ebert's Greenhouse

We spent another Fall afternoon at the pumpkin farm and enjoyed the scenery at Ebert's Greenhouse Village in Ixonia.  There was so much for us to enjoy including the hay ride, train ride, pumpkin blaster, story time and face painting.  We are all trying to savor what is left of Fall!

Alex's soccer team played their last game this weekend.  Alex ended the season with a hat trick, scoring 3 goals to win the game 3-1.  It was a super fun season to watch!!!

Fall Fun

Fall is definitely here so the boys had a little fun playing in the leaves!  Alex had a soccer game and played fantastic and Seanie finished up his last swim lesson tonight which he absolutely loved!  We also made a visit to Ashley’s farm for a house-warming party.  Alex found a group of kids to play with and had a blast and Seanie had fun exploring and riding the tractor train!

Basse's Pumpkin Farm

 I love Fall and all of the smells and tastes that come with it!  We went to Basse’s Pumpkin Farm and the place was packed but there was so much to do!  We enjoyed getting lost in the Minion corn maze.  We took a tractor ride around the pumpkin patch and we also went on a train ride.  The boys had fun on the giant bounce pillow and we took a hayride out to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkin.  There were pig races and tractor cars to pedal and pumpkin tic tac toe and fun slides.   Perfect way to spend a beautiful Fall afternoon!

Alex has been enjoying his soccer games every week and plays really hard.  He’s been playing goalie a lot and likes scoring goals on offense as well.  It’s really fun to watch him on the field.  He gets better each week!!!  Seanie is lovin’ his swim lessons on Monday nights.  He is not afraid in the water and the teacher told him he was the King of Bobs!  It’s fun to see him interact with his peers and be more independent.

Brew Crew

Alex and Sean had to get one more baseball game in before the season ended.  Alex rooted for the Brewers while Dad cheered for the Cubs on Friday.  Then Sean and Anna had a fun day together at the ball park cheering on the Brew Crew for their last game of the season.  They had a ball!  We might be the only family but we are sad to see Milwaukee baseball over until Spring!

 Dave and I enjoyed a night out for our 9th Anniversary over the weekend!  Things seem to get crazier but more fun as the years go on.  I couldn't imagine my life any other way!!!
