Counting Down!

There's nothing more we can do this winter but count down the days until Opening Day at Miller Park...36 days to be exact!  Maybe we'll even see some green grass by then!  Wishful thinking :)  The boys have been playing remarkably well together lately.  Seanie really looks up to his big brother and it's sweet to see Alex including Sean in everything and staying so patient with him.  Their interaction just melt my heart!

Alex had a special day with Grandma Beyer on Friday and they saw the movie Frozen together.  I thought it was so sweet when Alex came home and drew a picture of him and Grandma at the movies until I realized he drew the Lego guys on the big screen.  I guess he would have preferred to see that one instead...LOL!  Next time buddy :)

We're starting to introduce the potty to Sean and we will go full force over Spring Break.  I think he will be ready and I only hope it goes half as well as it did with Alex.  I can't wait to be done with diapers!

Look who's gearing up for baseball season to start!
It's still freezing out but that doesn't keep these boys indoors!

Cars, Trucks and Mowers!

King of the Mountain!

Race Time!
Look at this stud!  Purple sweater for "P" day!

Shamrock Shake baby!

These two crack me up!

Potty training time!  Alex is there for moral support :)

Activity Day

It’s amazing how many activities we can cram in a day.  Dave was under the weather so it was just the boys and I today.  By 10:30 AM, we had already watched cartoons, ate breakfast, played with Play-Doh, colored pictures, played cars on our road mats, put together some puzzles and played the “Who Shook Captain Hook” game (which, by the way, is an impossible game)!  Again, it was only 10:30 AM and I had not had my coffee yet!  The rest of the day consisted of playing imaginary kitchen, more cars, Mario Kart, a few more board games, bowling and Alex & I managed to squeeze in grocery shopping.  Just a typical day in the Michna house!

Hours of fun with these road mats and matchbox cars!

"Hello, may I take your order?"

Doing a little shopping :)

Maybe if I blow hard enough, the ball will knock more pins down!

Hangin' out together :)

He's got his serious Mario face on.  Watch out!

Sunday Funday with Mom :)

These two goofballs make me smile :)

We also had fun celebrating Papa Bob’s birthday on Saturday night.  The kids went wild when Grandma starting blowing up balloons for everybody.  GG even got into it and was hitting the balloons back at the kids.  It was a great night!

Papa Bob had some help blowing out his candles!
Happy Birthday, Papa Bob!

GG was waiting for more balloons to come her way!
