Merry Christmas

Our Christmas weekend was nonstop but full of excitement!  Nothing is more fun than to experience this time of year through the eyes of Alex and Sean.  We are so blessed to be surrounded by our loving family where so many memories are made each year.  We were spoiled by everyone and couldn't have had a more fun Christmas!!!

Christmas Concert

Last week, Alex and Sean dressed up all fancy and put on the most beautiful Christmas concert.  Seanie was a bit nervous beforehand but performed with such great confidence in front of everyone.  He knew his songs and looked so handsome in his Christmas outfit.  I was so proud of him!  Alex did wonderful too.  I can always count on him to stand tall and belt those songs!  He even sang Silent Night in German.  He rocked it and I was smiling from ear to ear!!!
Seanie made us a Christmas ornament!
How adorable are these kids?!

Thanks for coming Papa & Nana!

Way to go kiddos!

Santa! Let it snow!

Our trip to see Santa was a success!  Our only chance was to visit Santa at Sendiks this year.  Alex and Sean wrote out their Christmas lists and enjoyed some milk and cookies with Santa.  It was a great time!

We also decorated Christmas cookies this weekend and took a ride through Candy Cane Lane to see all the beautiful lights.  The boys loved the snowfall today and had a fun time playing in it.  Seanie finally came in the house tonight and said it feels like he's inside an ice cube!  Christmas cookies and hot chocolate did the trick to warm up!

Santa's idea to strike a pose!
Santa was so excited to see the boys!
I think Alex and Sean made the "nice" list this year!

December

December is here and so is Christmas season and all the hustle and bustle that comes with it.  St. Nick stopped at our house this week and brought back our elf, Buddy, along with some goodies for the boys.  We also enjoyed the first snowfall of the season and the boys put their boots and snow pants to good use already.  We went out and found the perfect Christmas tree on Saturday.  We had our favorite Christmas tunes playing and Alex and Sean helped me decorate the tree with ornaments.  We also went to the New Berlin Christmas parade on Saturday and Seanie had his first playdate with his friend, Brady, from school.  I just love this time of year!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We were surrounded by so many of our family and friends on Thanksgiving, and for that, we have so much to be thankful for!  We divided the day in half and were able to celebrate with both the Michna Family and the Beyer Family.  It's a full day of eating, drinking and fun but I wouldn't want it any other way!

Everyone is looking so much older!

Celebrating with my Alex Man!

Seanie knows how to steal Grandma's heart!
Our four bedroom house was maxed out over the weekend with the Brenton's over for a cousin sleepover!  We had a great time and enjoyed watching the Grinch as our Christmas movie to kick off the holiday season.  Nothing better than falling asleep to the whispers and giggles of your cousins next to you!!!

Instant playdate when you wake up!

Enjoying some of Aunt Lori's chocolate chip pancakes!!!

We had a family fun day and took the boys bowling over the weekend.  It was Sean's first time bowling and he looked like a natural :)  He couldn't get over how slippery the shoes were on his feet!  He figured out real fast that it wasn't as easy as Wii bowling but he still had a great time!

Havin' fun bowling!
