We had the absolute BEST the of July! It was filled with carnivals, parades, pool fun, drinks, cousins and fireworks! We spent some time at Malone Park hanging out with friends on the 3rd. We enjoyed the Brookfield parade with Papa & Nana, Grandma Laura, Gail, Gary and all of our cousins. The kids had a blast collecting candy and squirting water guns. The we spent the hot afternoon soaking in the pool at Steve and Jenny's house! My family grew up with the tradition of hosting every 4th of July at our house because we had the pool for everyone to enjoy on a hot day. It felt good to bring that tradition back! We ended the night (barely awake) with fireworks! It was perfect!!!
