Alex and Sean had a fun and relaxing week off for Christmas
break. It was a much needed break from
the school routine for everybody including me! Dave enjoyed his time off as well and took the boys to Chuck E Cheese and Fun Timez to burn off some energy!
Holy Apostles sponsored a Rolling Skate night for the school so the boys laced up their skates and tried rolling skating for the very first time. It didn't look pretty! The boys were on their butts a lot more than on their feet. Alex threw in the towel after a few times around the rink. Sean started to get the hang of it but didn't love it. We ended up doing a lot more socializing than skating but that was okay. Maybe next year for the skating...

We took the boys to their very first Milwaukee Wave game for New Years Eve. We had such a great time. A lot of goals were scored and the Wave ended up winning so it was an exciting game! We were home in time to enjoy a yummy steak dinner and sparkling wine juice to ring in the New Year!
