What a beautiful weekend!
We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the sunshine. The boys couldn’t resist getting wet by
running through the sprinkler and having squirt gun fights every chance they
got. We decided to spice up our lunch
this afternoon so we took a nice long walk past the neighborhood ponds to the
grocery store where we picked out some fun picnic foods. Then we packed ourselves a lunch and enjoyed a
picnic in our backyard. So much fun!
We filled the rest of the weekend with baseball, kickball and
soccer. Alex was such a good big brother
tonight as we were playing soccer. Sean
wanted to play against Alex and instead of being so competitive and trying to
win, Alex was letting Sean score goals and teaching him some useful skills. He was cheering for Sean and boosting his confidence. I was so proud of him!
