We had a special visitor stay with us over the weekend…Wilbur
Winger! He is the traveling “friendly”
monster in Alex’s 5K class. We had
bedtime stories to read to Winger and he brought snacks to share. Alex had to keep a journal of all the fun
things they did together. Both boys
really enjoyed taking care of Winger all weekend!

The boys have been feeling under the weather the past couple
of days. Alex felt sick at school on
Wednesday so went home early. We took him
to see the doctor and they confirmed he has strep throat. He was feeling much better once he started on
the antibiotics. Sean wasn’t himself on
Saturday and felt sick. It was early to
bed for him to rest and when he woke up Sunday morning, he was like a different
person!

We took a car ride over to Barthel’s Fruit Farm in Mequon
this morning and had a fun, Fall day picking apples. The boys did great filling up our apple bag
full of Pippin apples and Spartans. All Sean
wanted was to take home a pumpkin so we picked those too.
