We had a super fun summer weekend! We went to a drive-in movie in New Berlin
with the Brenton clan and watched Frozen on Friday. It was neat for the kids to cuddle all
together in back of the car and watch on the big screen. They got a little squirrely towards the end
but nothing popcorn couldn’t help!

On Saturday, we took the boys to the parish festival at Holy Apostles . Alex and Sean were so excited go on the rides. It drizzled a bit but we made it through and it ended up being a really nice night. We bought the boys wristbands so they could ride all the rides they wanted. I couldn’t believe it but they went on rides for the full 3 hours!
Sean LOVED the cars and that was his favorite for sure. He also got to ride the rollercoaster and train. Alex was just tall enough to make it on the tilt-a-whirl this year. He found a classmate to ride with and he had a great time! I’m glad he has my adventurous side for the rides and not Dad’s queasy stomach!
