I love the 4th of July. It's one of the few summer holidays and a day filled with festivals, parades and fireworks. What more could a kid ask for! We went to the New Berlin festival at Malone Park on Wednesday. Alex went on the rides and Seanie loved playing on the playground. Both of them rode the carousel which they liked and they had a crazy, fun time in the bounce house!
We went to the Tosa parade on Thursday and it was so much fun to watch the kids' faces. Seanie really liked everything, especially the "hee-haws" which were the horses. Dave had his usual fun with the kids and blew off his kid-friendly fireworks. Since the boys were still going strong, we decided to go to Mitchell Park in Brookfield and see the big fireworks display. It was a great end to a great day!!
